Preview Mode
When the Preview Mode is ON, all report programs will send their reports to the preview program which will allow the user to visualize the report from the terminal. From this Preview program, the user may select other printing features such as number of copies, page ranges, etc. There's even a powerful search function that can be told to search as case-sensitive or not. The search function can also interpret basic wildcard functions.
If Preview is OFF, all report programs will immediately send their reports to the selected printer via the spooler.
